2) Eligibility & Accounts
Business/adult users. Provide accurate info in forms and keep details updated.
3) Site Use & Prohibited Conduct
- No unauthorized access, malware, interference, or fraud.

4) Products & Information
- Specs/packaging/prices may change; images illustrative.
- We may limit quantities or discontinue items.
5) Orders & Acceptance
Submission = offer. Acceptance on confirmation/dispatch. We can cancel for fraud, unavailability, or price errors.
6) Pricing, Taxes & Payment
Prices in INR unless stated. GST as applicable. Payment via UPI/online, bank transfer, or COD (select regions).
7) Shipping, Risk & Delivery
In-stock dispatch 24–72 working hours. Delivery time estimates vary. Risk passes on delivery to address/carrier as applicable.
8) Returns, Shortages & Claims
Report transit damages/shortages within 48 hrs with photos and invoice details. Some items may be non-returnable per regulation.
9) Warranties & Medical Disclaimer
- Services/products provided “as is”, except as required by law.
- No medical advice; content is informational only.
10) Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, no indirect/special/consequential damages or lost profits/data.
11) Indemnification
You will indemnify Red Labs and its personnel against claims arising from your use, breach of Terms, or rights violations.
12) Intellectual Property
All site content/design/software is owned/licensed by Red Labs. No license granted except limited normal use.
13) Third-Party Links & Tools

Follow all applicable laws; no unlawful inducements or kickbacks.
16) Governing Law & Disputes
Indian law governs. Courts at Chandigarh have exclusive jurisdiction. Disputes may be referred to arbitration per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996; venue Chandigarh; language English.
17) Force Majeure
No liability for delays/failures due to events beyond control (acts of God, epidemics, transport disruptions, etc.).
18) Changes to Terms
We may update Terms. Continued use after changes = acceptance of revised Terms.
